Refund policy

At ShoeShine Express, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
